The team of Tim and Tom at T-2 construction was one of the most important factors to developing my portfolio of Dental facilities over the last decade. They spent the time understanding our vision and goals and delivered each project in a timely manner while working with the budgets set out. The relationships with not only T-2 but with there trusted subcontractors helped build a strong team to support after the projects were completed and continues to make the current and future projects on target. We worked with Tim and Tom at T2, as well as their amazing team to create a world class pediatric dental office. They saved the day coming in on time and within our budget delivering a beautiful finished product after a previous contractor left us feeling defeated. We primarily worked with Tim and our project manager and Tim was always honest and direct, which is key when working with a big build, to keep the project rolling forward and when the details weren't 100% perfect on our fireplace tiles, Tim saw it and made it right before I even knew there was an issue! They truly care about their clients and the end result being a product they can be proud to have their name on. It says a lot that they don't need to advertise-word of mouth referrals are the way to go and we would refer them 10,000 times over. We wish we would have known about them and started with them from the beginning!

When you have never built a commercial building you don’t really know what you’re getting into and how things will go.
