The team of Tim and Tom at T-2 construction was one of the most important factors to developing my portfolio of Dental facilities over the last decade. They spent the time understanding our vision and goals and delivered each project in a timely manner while working with the budgets set out. The relationships with not only T-2 but with there trusted subcontractors helped build a strong team to support after the projects were completed and continues to make the current and future projects on target. I have recommend T-2 to many of my other Dental colleagues and all had the same great experience as me.

Darren Riopelle, (Smile Locations)

“Being a company built on relationships we have been thrilled with how T2 values our relationship throughout all our building projects. They continue to put people first which shows in their product”

Jake Hogeboom, Owner, @Home Realty

We worked with Tim and Tom at T2, as well as their amazing team to create a world class pediatric dental office. They saved the day coming in on time and within our budget delivering a beautiful finished product after a previous contractor left us feeling defeated. We primarily worked with Tim and our project manager and Tim was always honest and direct, which is key when working with a big build, to keep the project rolling forward and when the details weren't 100% perfect on our fireplace tiles, Tim saw it and made it right before I even knew there was an issue! They truly care about their clients and the end result being a product they can be proud to have their name on. It says a lot that they don't need to advertise-word of mouth referrals are the way to go and we would refer them 10,000 times over. We wish we would have known about them and started with them from the beginning!

Meggan Krause, Growing Smiles Pediatric Dentistry

I’ve known Tim and Tom for quite some time. I decided to use them to build my office building after much research and consideration. When you have never built a commercial building you don’t really know what you’re getting into and how things will go. Tim was super helpful in the onboarding process and connected us with some very knowledgeable/quality people. T2 listened to us in the design/build process, kept us updated on things in a timely manner, and were right on budget. The completed our project on time and are thrilled with the final product. My Family and I are very proud of our new office mention how great T2 was overall to a ton of people. Our project manager Todd Geurink amazing. He is one of the most quality people I’ve ever met, provided top notch service, and his follow-up was awesome. Overall it was a great experience and I give them a 5 star plus review.

Jeff Kammeraad, Kammeraad Financial

We confidently recommend T2 Construction to anyone looking for a reputable and enjoyable building contractor. The buildings you have built for us are comfortable, stand out in quality and design, and are the type of building that a business owner can take healthy pride in.

Dr. Richard J Strabbing, President and Founder Michigan ENT & Allergy Specialists

My overall experience with T2 Construction was excellent. They were very detailed, thorough, and responsive throughout the entire process from planning through to occupancy. T2 was diligent to maintain clear communication with me during my remodel and I appreciated that I had several opportunities to meet face-to-face during different phases of my project.
